Welcome to the Human Resource Management of Greensboro's (HRMAG's) website. The Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro is an affiliate of the National Society for Human Resource Management and has over 250 members throughout the Piedmont Triad area. HRMAG has been recognized by National SHRM as a Superior Merit Chapter for many consecutive years.

The Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro (HRMAG) is the local affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), an international organization comprised of over 200,000 human resource professionals. SHRM is the world's largest organization devoted exclusively to the professional needs of human resource management. Members of our chapter are exposed to the most up-to-date developments and reports in the field. Members also associate with fellow HR professionals, both generalists and specialists from large and small organizations representing manufacturing, services, health care, financial services, plus many other diverse organizations, including those in the public and not-for-profit sectors. There are many opportunities that are provided throughout each year for our members to get involved as volunteers.

HRMAG is 'on top of the game' as we continue to evolve into an organization that proactively anticipates and understands current business/HR challenges and provides resources and tools to develop solutions necessary for organizations to achieve their goals. HRMAG's Board of Directors continues to be focused on strategic programming efforts, enhancing member resources and benefits and increasing involvement with various community efforts.
