Loneliness has reached crisis levels in the US, and navigating the professional landscape can sometimes be isolating. During Mental Health Awareness Month, we shine a light on the importance of fostering connection for overall well-being.

- Creating a Supportive Workplace Culture: Discover strategies organizations can take to mitigate loneliness, including the importance of diversity, inclusion, and allyship in fostering a supportive environment and understanding when too much connectedness becomes a negative versus a positive.
About The Speaker:
Danielle Hunter is an Area Vice President with Gallagher’s Health & Benefits Practice. Danielle uses over two decades of experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry to help employers design, implement and manage customized benefit strategies that best align with their corporate objectives which enhances their recruitment, retention, and culture initiatives to deliver a complete Total Rewards Program. Danielle enjoys locating innovative solutions to create an optimal experience for employees to access and navigate through the everchanging healthcare landscape. Danielle leverages years in broadcast radio to share her passion for educating HR Professionals and anyone who will listen, regarding the global healthcare industry as a keynote speaker at national, state, and local conventions.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Danielle served as Strategic Account Executive/Producer Associate at CVS Health, Marsh and McLennan as well as McGriff. Danielle gives back to her community and is an active member of Women in Insurance (WiN), BCBSNC’s Women’s Empowerment Association for insurance professionals, serves on the Board of Directors with Women in Motion of High Point (WIM), a women’s initiative to encourage leadership, personal wellness, and financial independence. She is a certified mentor and shares her talents and experience with young adults enrolled in the High Point University LIFT Program and beyond. Danielle also serves as Director of SHRM Foundation & Community Relations for the Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro.
