Participants will be provided with practical action steps on how to address and prioritize their well-being without compromising their leadership impact.

Note: It is important to note that this workshop will be held coaching style. Audience participation is welcomed.
About the speaker:
Dr. Staci Bullard is an organizational psychologist and practitioner who works at the intersection of psychology and business. Throughout her career, she has focused on making high-quality professional growth and development opportunities accessible to everyone, regardless of their position within their organization. She has shared her research, knowledge, and real-world experiences with a broad audience. Dr. Bullard holds a particular interest in the behavioral health of both organizations and individuals, recognizing its profound influence on everyday organizational life.
In addition to her experience as a licensed clinician, Dr. Bullard has spent over 20 years as an organizational development professional. She has served as a trusted advisor and an integral member of leadership and executive teams across a range of industries, including government, education, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology. This broad and varied experience allows her to offer a distinctive, thought-provoking perspective that challenges conventional approaches.
Dr. Bullard earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Brenau University and a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia.
